The platform is based on the 2003 Rolls-Royce Phantom and has a style derived from the Rolls-Royce 100EX concept car presented to celebrate the centenary of the company in 2004. The interior is decorated with leather and wood veneer. There is a button to close the "doors of a coach." Rolls-Royce currently has plans to build an electric Phantom.
